She is listed with the Immigration Advisers Authority of New Zealand. Being a permanent resident of New Zealand herself, Ms. Pillai has over ten years of industry experience. Her skill to deal in all kinds of immigration matters has portrayed her as one of the most promising immigration advisers. Ms. Pillai holds a Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice Level 7. She also serves as a prominent member of New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment (NZAMI). She participates in industry updates or activities related to immigration and migration for the well-being and safety of migrants to New Zealand.
Born and raised in New Delhi, Ms. Pillai began her career in 2006 as a CSE (Customer Support Executive). Almost after three years, she migrated to New Zealand to pursue higher studies. Bram Lauwers is originally from Belgium and moved to New Zealand in 2006. He has worked in New Zealand’s education industry sector for close to 15 years. After completing a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights with First Class Honours, Mr Lauwers decided to pursue a passion of his, immigration, by seeking employment with Immigration New Zealand. He was employed by the government agency as an Immigration and Privacy Officer. After gaining a strong understanding of Immigration New Zealand’s decision-making process and working style, Mr. Lauwers was hired by New Zealand’s leading university, the University of Auckland. For nearly 8 years, he used his vast knowledge and work experience in the education industry to assist international and domestic students during their student journey. While working in a full-time role, he successfully completed a second Master’s degree in Conflict and Terrorism Studies with a First Class Honours milestone. Further, he is currently completing a Graduate diploma in immigration advice and has recently met the requirements to become a licensed immigration adviser.
